Despite our name, Van Nuys General Contractor ADU & Remodeling LLC is a marketing and referral service — not a licensed contractor. We do not perform construction work, we do not bid on it, and we do not hold a CSLB licence. All construction is performed by independent, licensed California contractors, and you contract with them directly.
Verify any contractor yourself
Whoever you end up hiring — through us or not — look up their license before you pay anyone a deposit. It's free and takes about two minutes at the California Contractors State License Board. Confirm the licence is active, matches the name on your contract, and carries the right classification for your job.
